    • To help us better understand your needs and feedback, we ask that you complete both the pre-course enrolment questionnaire before the course and the post-course feedback questionnaire within 7 days of course completion.
  3. Request Timeline:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of completing the course.
  4. Reason for Refund:
