Full payment is required in advance to confirm your place on a course. Payments can be made via online credit card transactions, bank transfers, or BACS. To ensure your booking, payment must be received no later than 21 days before the course start date.
In the event of overdue invoices, Future Savvy reserves the right to recover any costs incurred in the process of collecting outstanding amounts.
If you are unable to attend a course, you may nominate a substitute delegate, provided the course is suitable for them. Written notice must be given in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees are applied as follows:
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
All course prices are listed in £ sterling (GBP), and VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate.
Future Savvy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In such cases, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. Should we cancel a course, you may choose to receive a full refund or apply your payment to an alternative course.

All intellectual property rights in the course materials are owned by Future Savvy (a brand of Systematix Ltd). You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using the materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Future Savvy.
Future Savvy’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the course. Future Savvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the cancellation or rescheduling of a course.
Future Savvy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or technical failures.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
